WHAT IS THE READYBOARD?
The ReadyBoard is a construction compliance bulletin board specifically made for construction projects in the State of Ohio. It meets all requirements for state and federally funded projects. The ReadBoard can be customized with your company forms and logos and is printed in high defintion on either rigid coroplast or flexible vinyl.
HOW DURABLE IS THE READYBOARD?
The ReadyBoard is printed in high definition on a durable, weatherproof material. The ReadyBoard excels at enduring the harsh elements of construction projects. As long as works take care of the boards during installation and removal your ReadyBoard should be good for more than 2 construction seasons. We see boards regularly that have been in service for more than three years.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE RIGID AND VINYL BOARDS?
Both types of ReadyBoard contain the same information, forms and function, however, some contractors like the option to have a board that rolls up easily. The rigid board is printed on durable coroplast board and is an excellent option for long term projects or projects in which the board won't need to move. The vinyl board is printed on a durable flexible vinyl which allows for easy set up and transportation. This option is ideal for short term projects or moving projects such as striping, asphalt, etc.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY READYBOARD?
We've designed The ReadyBoard so contractors to easily update their compliance boards to allow for multiple years of service. Typically, only two forms need to be updated each year. They include, the Ohio Minimum Wage poster and your company's BWC certificate. We can print full page durable stickers so that these forms can be updated. Additionally, CCO contacts can be printed on the stickers and you can apply them to the board if you take the board to another ODOT district.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Once the boards are out of production we will reach out to set up a delivery time and location.
WHAT FORMS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
You should plan to provide the following forms for your order: BWC Certificate, EEO contact and policy, and your company logo. You can also include optional forms to be included on your board such as safety or sexual harassment policies. Please note that room is limited on the board and we may not be able to accommodate all optional forms. We will work with you to make sure your board is perfect for your situation.

CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE?
Absolutely. At checkout, select the invoice payment option. We'll email you an invoice and course access codes will be sent when payment is received. Payment is due upon receipt. Alternatively, just email us and we'll get your order started for you.

HOW DO I HANDLE THE PREVAILING WAGE RATES PACKET?
