The customer is purchasing The ReadyBoard Compliance Bulletin Board and/or other materials or services described by Safety Foundry, LLC, hereinafter referred to as Seller upon the following terms and conditions.
Taxes
Any taxes which are now, or maybe levied during the life of this quotation, by the United States Government, or any State or political subdivision thereof, on the materials or services quoted herein when the same is required to be paid by the Seller, shall be added to the prices named herein.
Prices and Delivery
All shipments will be invoiced at the prices listed in the quote. Orders are not binding unless confirmed in writing by this company. The purchaser agrees to give the Seller a reasonable time for delivery. All deliveries will be made to the best of Seller’s ability, but no claims will be allowed because of delays in deliveries.
Delivery
Lead time for orders is typically one to two weeks. The Seller agrees to deliver all goods and/or services in a time frame to be agreed upon with Purchaser. The Seller will not, however, be responsible for failure to make delivery when prevented by strikes, or other labor troubles, accidents, fire, floods, or other adverse weather conditions, by inability to procure transportation, electric power, fuel, or operating materials or machinery, by Government regulations, requirements, orders, acts of God, or by any other cause beyond the Seller’s control.
Point of Delivery
Purchaser shall provide point(s) of delivery for purchased materials. Safety Foundry can deliver products to the project, office and/or an agreed-upon location with the Purchaser.
Purchaser Responsibilities
Purchaser agrees to provide Safety Foundry with the following documents as a high-resolution PDF. The required documents include the Purchaser’s EEO Officer and contact, Company EEO policy and the company’s current Workers Compensation Certificate. If requested Safety Foundry can also add the Purchasers Company logo (PNG file) to the ReadyBoard Compliance Bulletin Board.
Material Warranty
Delivered materials are compliant for the year they are purchased. Future compliance requirements may change, and boards may become obsolete and/or need to be updated. Seller’s product guarantees compliance for the year it is purchased.
Weather & Durability
The ReadyBoard Compliance is durable in all weather conditions and will remain in good working condition for at least one year provided that the board is not damaged (bent, stacked under material, scratched, etc.). As such, Seller shall not be responsible for the board after delivery to the Purchaser. Products will be delivered in good working condition.
Refunds
Materials and/or services ordered, delivered, or completed cannot be returned for credit.
Terms
Net due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. A service charge at the rate of 1-1/2% per month, annual percentage rate 18% on accounts not paid when due.
